Project brief: Deliver 2 training sessions as part of the RCA FUEL graduates and leavers training programme covering communication and personal strategic planning skills.

What we did:

• Devised a training session called: What Next employability workshop
• Devised a training session called: Juggling a portfolio career and your life
• Ran role play to explore pitching & presenting, networking and interview scenarios
• Used short videos of industry experts talking about communication skills
• Covered planning techniques such as venn diagrams, to-do lists, gannt charts and SMART objectives
